It is with pleasure that we present to you our General Terms of Sale which are a starting point for a positive and constructive relationship with our customers, one which allows the customer support and highlights the quality of our product and service. Our efforts are focussed on making our clients confident in their Ballet Rosa´s purchases but also on its service.
These terms are not intended to make things more complicated for an unsatisfied customer but instead to enable us to develop a positive and intuitive system to deal with any problems you might find when making your order.
We kindly ask you to try to follow our General Terms of Sale. If you have any difficulty, please let us know so that we may find together a solution.
The delivery date is fundamental for us and respecting it is our commitment towards the client. For our workshop to manufacture your order properly, the customer must respect the name and reference of each product and reproduce the name of the material and colours correctly as marked on our catalogues, brochures and website.
The confirmation of the order shall include an estimated time of delivery and a delivery address. Ballet Rosa cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes, supply shortages from suppliers, delays from suppliers, or delays related to unforeseen events.
At our workshop we seek to avoid mistakes but unfortunately, due to the variety of styles and materials used, sometimes problems may occur.
No items may be returned to Ballet Rosa, exchanged or refund demanded for any reason other than manufacturing defects. If there is a manufacturing defect, you are kindly asked to send an email to info@balletrosa.com exposing the problem (state the order number or invoice if known). You may be asked to provide a digital photo of the problem before we agree to make any exchange or refund.
Please do not send us any return without a written confirmation from us. In case of an agreed return, garments must be:
In case of accepted and confirmed manufacturing defects, a new garment will be made to replace the defective one. The customer has, however, the prerrogative to decline its replacement and benefit from a credit note for its original value to be deducted on the payment. As an option, the customer may also request a replacement product or simply request for the defective garment to be repaired. In these cases, the shipping will be at our expense. Returned items that do not meet our return policy will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Ballet Rosa designed its collection to be available in different materials to make the customer as pleased as possible, adapting the materials and colours of the customer’s choice to the Ballet Rosa model ordered. However sometimes, certain matters, due to its technical specifications may have a different performance when worn on the same body.
Ballet Rosa reserves the right to reject claims due to size fitting.
If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order due to the unavailability of a material or component, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
Due to certain agreements with different representatives across the world, price may vary from country to country. Ballet Rosa reserves the right to make price adjustments whenever needed or justified. Customers will, obviously, be notified of any changes to the published prices before any order is accepted.
Ballet Rosa has a strict social conscience towards its workers and towards its suppliers.
We are sure that our customers believe that to maintain a high level of responsibility we must ensure payments are in order and payment timings respected. The payment timings are visible on the order confirmation and invoice.
The goods delivered to our customers are subject to a reservation of ownership in favor of Ballet Rosa until its payment has been completed in full.
Unless informed otherwise in the order confirmation or invoice, the goods are payable at 30 days from the date of receipt of goods by the customer. This date is determined from the date of the delivery itself to the customer or by the transporter’s bill of receipt.
Any amount not paid at maturity generates a 10% penalty to cover administrative costs and any subsequent delays will be subject to an interest rate equivalent to the legal interest rate then in effect plus two points.
All products are shipped from our own workshop. Transport times depend on the method of shipping and destinations. Our estimated delivery dates do not include the transport timings.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and additional costs associated with the entry of goods into the country of destination. Ballet Rosa, on behalf of the client will use one or more carriers of their choice.
If your package is returned because the address is incorrect, not found, or because the package has not been claimed, we will ask you to pay extra for its new shipment.
Please make sure your address is correct and that there is always someone available to receive the package. Of course, if it's our fault there will be no additional cost.
Ballet Rosa will undertake an insurance policy with the carrier. Correspondingly, the customer shall take out his/her own insurance policy to cover for the loss, destruction or theft of the goods once they have been dispached from Ballet Rosa premises. Once the goods have left Ballet Rosa premises they will be at the responsability of the costumer.
Due to the variety of the different materials and colours used in our catalogue, and the corresponding variety of detergents available on the market, we ask you to inspect your garment before you wear it and wash it.
Ballet Rosa reserves the right to reject claims on any products which have been clearly worn and washed. No exchange or refund will be made in this case.
