No. Ballet Rosa decided to sell its products on selected shops because we want to be closer to our final customer, the dancer. We believe that the store will be way more useful to the school, the teachers, and the parents. The store sales assistant can better explain our concepts and also clarify any doubts you may have about colours, styles and sizing. Not to mention through our exclusive custom made dancewear. All to your comfort and service!
Most of our products from the Créateur Collection are on stock for immediate shipping. However, our reputation for high quality and superb fitting is growing fast, and, sometimes, demand is larger than our capacity. As consequence, in some occasions, depending on back-to-school season in each country, slight delays on our deliveries may occur. However, we work hard every day to ensure that delays are minimum and perfectly reasonable.
Ballet Rosa enjoys a 20 year experience in the dance industry, and our products are worn daily by thousands of dancers. We have tested our sizing and we are very confident that each style will have the perfect fit. However some models or materials may fit better across different types of silhouettes. Our sizing is French inspired, so a 36 corresponds to an Extra Small, a 38 to a Small, a 40 to a Medium, a 42 to a Large and a 44 to an Extra-Large.
Recently we have introduced the possibility to accomodate requests for a longer torso, and these are considered special requests. We call them Tall. Special requests should be marked clearly on your request and require confirmation from our design team.
Yes you can! We know how frustrating it can be to not have that extra leotard for the last student that joined the class and we vowed to never be cause that sadness to parents and studio owners. However, some of our vendors may discontinue a color or may have sold out a color. If and when this happens we will work together with you to find a solution.
Our products have to compete with brands that either manufacture their products in cheap-labour areas or that sell directly to the public, so we need to be sure our prices stay as competitive as possible.
We will always inform you the net shipping costs, getting more transparency about the costs. On certain markets, like the US, Canada and Europe, Ballet Rosa offers a free-shipping policy depending on your level of purchases. You, the customer, always gets to have the final word and decide to use your own transport account.

Essentiels is a bespoke collection, you can chose from 6 different materials and over 150 colors. To the products themselves ,you may adapt sleeves, legs, necklines, leglines. Finally you may also add different lining options and colors.
Créateur, on the other hand is a fashionable Collection, where silhouettes, colors and designs are masterfully combined with the best quality Italian and Europen materials. The color variety, sizes and features is more curated and adpated to a more demanding clientele, one that seeks elegance in dance.
